We created this textile artwork for the renewal opening of Osaka Red Cross Hospital. Inspired by the project's theme of people gathering around a great tree—symbolizing connection, exchange, and comfort—we developed an original design from scratch. By combining various yarns with unique weaving structures, the textile recreates a vivid gradation from deep green to the fresh tones of young leaves. The artwork has become a focal point of the entrance, welcoming visitors with the warmth and depth unique to woven textiles.
